-Custom orders are not accepted; availability depends on demolition schedules and the nature of recovered materials.

-Removal of purchased items must follow store guidelines. Customers are responsible for providing labor, tools, and transport unless otherwise agreed.

Safety & Liability

-Customers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

-Customers assume all risk for the handling, transport, and use of salvaged materials.

-The store and its affiliates are not liable for defects, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of salvaged materials.

-Salvaged Materials may contain or have been exposed to hazardous substances (including but not limited to lead paint or chemicals). Customers are responsible for

using appropriate precautions and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

-The salvage operation complies with California demolition, salvage, and waste management laws.

-Customers are responsible for ensuring materials are suitable and compliant for their intended use.

-All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
